Convenient Location with Great Amenities
During my stay, I appreciated the friendly staff who were always eager to assist and offer local dining recommendations. The room was well-maintained with modern amenities like a microwave and fridge, making it comfortable for my needs. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety, including fresh pastries and organic juices, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, the noise level near the pool area could be a concern if there are events happening late at night.

The spacious room was perfect for my family, equipped with all the comforts and a relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the pool area was a hit with the kids, making our stay a fantastic family getaway.

My friends and I had an awesome time staying here! We hit up American Dream for some shopping and skiing. Caught a thrilling horse race at the Meadowlands Racetrack next door. The service was friendly, and our room was clean. Just a heads up, breakfast can get busy, so plan ahead!
One downside was the air conditioning. it wouldn’t cool down below 65 degrees, which was a bit uncomfortable for my group.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with a nice atmosphere in the attached restaurant where I had a pleasant breakfast before exploring the nearby shops and attractions.
The front desk service could have been friendlier.

We had an awesome group vacation! We explored American Dream and enjoyed shopping and fun at the ski and water park. Also, we caught some thrilling horse races at the Meadowlands Racetrack next door. The hotel was nice, but just a heads-up, there was a bus in front that took us to New York, which was super convenient.
Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was concerning. The carpets in our room had stains, and on the second day, our room wasn't cleaned, so we had no fresh towels.

I had a unique stay here recently. The front desk was super helpful even though I felt a bit rushed. The room was spacious and very clean. I liked the comfy sitting area and the coffee maker was a nice touch. Unfortunately, I had some trouble with the air conditioning. it didn’t cool down enough for my comfort. Housekeeping woke me up too early, despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on my door. I expected some silence in the mornings, but that wasn’t the case. The breakfast options were decent but could use more variety. I would have liked better communication about the hotel policies, especially regarding photography. Overall, it felt like they missed some important details.

The friendly front desk staff made check-in smooth, and the pool area was clean and relaxing. The breakfast buffet offered a great assortment of both hot and cold items, including freshly prepared eggs, which were a highlight. However, the lobby renovations caused a cramped check-in experience, and the elevators were small and slow, often forcing the use of stairs. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory but the carpet could use an upgrade.

Great pool area and friendly staff. Lacked soundproofing in the rooms.

So, let's spill the beans! Breakfast was pretty chill, and nearby eateries like Saigon Pho and Cuba Mia are gems for satisfying those culinary cravings. The local Vietnamese vibe at Saigon Pho hits the spot! Plus, the overall location is a treasure for foodies seeking local finds.
But hold up—there were some hiccups. The furniture was ancient, and I had a mini heart attack with plugs all over, not a single one next to the bed! Also, the welcoming committee was a bit intense—hello, security for snapping photos? Not a fun vibe.
